5 Day Coach Training

It’s Day 3! Your “Coming Out” Post

This post is so out of my comfort zone 😬 and really wasn’t something I thought I would ever share. However, over the last few years I’ve watched friends start their fitness and nutrition journeys and have always been inspired by them. So I decided to start my own over the past few months. Having 3 kids and a full time job, I have always put myself last. Honestly, through COVID-19 I gained 20 lbs. The stress of having to homeschool 3 kids suddenly with a tax deadline extension keeping me busy it was overwhelming. Top it off with a lock down that kept us all inside for weeks, I found a little bit of joy in food and drinks 🍾 🍷 😒. I saw the picture to the left and thought wow how did I let myself reach this point??!! I decided then that I needed to start putting myself first. I have no excuses to not complete my workouts now. Even with 2 out of the 3 kids still homeschooling I can take 30-45 minutes each day to put myself first. I now press play from my bedroom and I finish my workout before my kids wake up, it is THAT SIMPLE! The confidence and strength these workouts and nutrition plan have given me are immeasurable. I am happier, healthier, and I am setting a great example for my kids to make good choices. When you have access to a balanced, easy to follow meal plan with quick 30-45 minute workouts it’s a no brainer. If you are interested in starting your journey, I would love to be there for you. We have fun groups with fellow ladies that will hold you accountable! Comment below or send me a message if you are interested 😘

Losing weight is so hard... but you know what’s also hard? To be overweight. I know what is like to look at myself in the mirror and cry... to not recognize my body anymore. To wonder if I could ever go back... to really not like myself— from the inside out. I’ve tried all of the diets, I did all of the workouts... I would lose some and gain some back. I would get frustrated, I would get mad. I had —- and still have—- all the feelings! Because it’s a never ending journey to not only get better but stay better. Getting healthy feels like a rollercoaster. It’s psychological, it’s emotional, it’s relational, it’s spiritual.... it’s physical. I needed to choose my hard, and I finally chose to lose the weight in a consistent, committed and mostly silent way... 🐜 🐜🐜🐜 But now it’s time to speak! Some of you have already noticed through my stories and have asked me how I did it! So I decided to open up and share my journey with you! 🙈🙈🙈🤯 I want to walk with you, I want to share with you... I want to motivate you! Maybe even inspire you? 🤷‍♀️🙌🏻 I am full Of renewed energy and ready to bring you along with me! Would you like to join me? I will start a new program that I never tried before! 🤩🤩🤩🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻😅😅 I’ll start this Monday! This is the sign you were looking for! 🤪🤪🤪🤪 I’m looking for accountability partners! Who’s with me? 🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏼‍♀️ ——- “For I am the Lord who heals you...” Ex. 15:26

It doesn’t have to scream “I’m a Beachbody Coach” … in fact, it shouldn’t – it’s best if it is showing how EXCITED you are. It also doesn’t have to be a BEFORE & AFTER..

One could be your excitement over a 3lb loss & how much more energy you have.

Or the community and accountability that you love?

Another could compare yourself now vs who you were when you had JUST joined as a coach.

Please create a post to at least start that “coming out” process. Feel free to tag your up-line coach (or text them) so we can support you.

Here are some helpful tips and examples to help you with your coming out post.
